Our partner is a not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to provide high-quality, secure, and accessible services to millions of users across the EU and beyond.

As a Customer Succes Officer for the German-speaking market (DACH region), you will be working at our headquarters (Diegem). You will play a pivotal role in both supporting our registrars and actively managing relationships.

With a customer success mindset, you will ensure satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and drive higher registration numbers.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Maintain regular proactive contacts and plan meetings with the registrars under your management, collaborating closely with the Support & Operations Manager.
Develop and implement initiatives to raise regional awareness
Occasionally translate documents into German, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Propose enhancements to improve services and support provided to the registrars.

Profiel

To be successful in this role, you should:

Have a degree in a commercial field or 3 years of experience in a similar role
Have full professional proficiency as a German speaker with an excellent command of English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
Have a keen interest in the domain name business.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Be wellorganized, proactive, and a team player.
Knowledge of the German and Austrian business culture/market is considered as a plus.
