Als Business Administrator ben je een gedreven en gestructureerde teamspeler die graag in een veeleisende omgeving werkt. Je houdt je hoofd koel bij het gelijktijdig binnenkomen van diverse taken en hebt oog voor detail en passie voor bedrijfsadministratie. Je werkt hands-on en analyseert continu hoe je je werkvaardigheden kunt perfectioneren op basis van de behoeften van je afdeling. Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels professioneel en bent comfortabel in Excel.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Je begint met basisactiviteiten en groeit geleidelijk uit tot een volwaardige teamgenoot die diverse taken van begin tot einde kan afwerken. Je hebt de kans om jezelf te specialiseren in 2 of 3 van de volgende topics, in dagelijkse afstemming met je teamgenoten:
-HR:
Personeelsoverzicht en -planning (vakantiedagen, verlofdagen, telewerken, etc.)
Evaluatieprocessen van werknemers (opvolging, advies, samenwerking met afdelingshoofden)
Samenwerking met partners (SDWORX, Sodexo, selectiebureaus, scholen, etc.)
Internationale contracten
Evaluatie van marktvereisten en bijhouden van nieuwe beleids-/regelgevingsupdates
Selectieprocedure (contracten met selectiebureaus, follow-up kandidaten, organiseren sollicitatiegesprekken)
Onboarding/offboarding (updaten van HR-systemen, voorbereiden van contracten)
Employee branding (bereiken van nieuwe kandidaten, bestaande collega's, jobstudenten en stagiairs)
-Boekhouding:
Samenwerking met leveranciers (contractbeoordeling, inkoopverzoeken, beheer van activa)
Leveranciersfacturen controleren, bewijsstukken voorzien van handtekeningen, inboeken in SAP-systeem, archiveren
Voorbereiding financieel verslag voor maandafsluiting, herboeking systeem
Facturering van klanten, verkoopverklaringen, kredietbeheer, advisering over klantvoorwaarden
-Aankoop van handelsgoederen:
Voorraadbeheer (bewegingen en FIFO-rotatie, dagelijkse/kwartaal-telling, prognoses, inkoopanalyse)
Productbeheer (ERP onderhoud, nieuwe producten/samples, End-Of-Life producten)
Logistiek (handelsdocumenten, inkomende/uitgaande goederen, opvolging zendingen)
Orderbeheer (ordervalidatie, prijsbepaling/onderhandeling)
-Receptie & Administratie:
Inkomende telefoongesprekken, postverzending, opvolging vergaderagenda, verwelkomen bezoekers
Inkoop (aankopen voor keuken, hygiëne, kantoorbenodigdheden, verkoopautomaat, logistieke benodigdheden)
Zaalondersteuning (onderhoud vergaderzalen, demoruimtes, opslagruimte, keuken, rokersruimte)
Travel management (boeken van vlucht/hotel tickets, bezoekersschema's, contact met reisbureau)
Evenementenondersteuning (lunches, evenementen, CSR in samenwerking met marketing)
Archivering Profiel -Master of Bachelor's degree, bij voorkeur in Bedrijfseconomie of Bestuurskunde
-Internationale ervaring en professionele vaardigheid in Nederlands en Engels
-Comfortabel in het werken met Excel
-Eerste ervaring (stage of eerste job) in één of meerdere van de volgende vakgebieden: HR, aankoop van handelsgoederen, operations, boekhouding Aanbod -Een uitdagende en veelzijdige functie in een dynamisch team
