Since 2017, BeCode has been offering inclusive coding bootcamps to jobseekers to start their career in the ICT sector as a web developer, AI data operator, DevSecOps developer or SAP consultant.

• Our trainers are learning sherpas, who know shortcuts in the mountains our learners (also called juniors) have to cross to acquire the necessary soft and hard skills required by the job market. By using our pedagogic framework of 7 pillars and leading the entire group of juniors onto the other side of the mountain, they help our juniors to start a bright career in the digital world.

• Work closely with the different coaches and experts to build and update training programs that are aligned with the market needs and expectations of our business partners.
• Together with the technical coach and campus coordinator, you're a main point of contact for our Learners all through their BeCode Journey.
• Delivering insightful workshops and soft skills modules to strengthen the competencies
• Tracking the progression of talents and communicating to our business team in order to increase the recruitment of our Learners by our business partners.
• Work closely with account managers to support learners in their job hunting and continuously help and guide them across the various job boards and platforms.
• In collaboration with account managers, keep an eye on market trends and business expectations to update our training programs and talent coaching.
• Develop new offers of supporting services (eg. mentoring programs) in collaboration with BeCode strategic partners in order to increase the value proposition for our learners.
• Be present in the development of our Juniors starting from the beginning of the training
• Assess their soft skills and coach them into core soft skills improvement such as professional attitude, solution mindset and the 10 BeCode soft skills framework.
• Ensure continuous individual coaching alongside the training to allow efficient matchmaking at the end of the training.
• Keeping an eye on the psychosocial wellbeing of the juniors during the training.
• Continue individual coaching during internship to ensure job conversion.
• Report to the Head of Tech & Pedagogy and play an active role in the department.

What do we expect


Are you the new team member we are looking for?:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent coach with following experience and skills:
• At least 2-3 years working experience, preferably in recruitment, HR, professional coaching, with understanding of the IT job market.
• Strong soft skills amongst them empathy, ability to listen, patience, proactivity, solutions oriented, team player.
• Flexible, with strong communication & motivational skills.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Open to work in a fast changing environment
