To respond to our constant growth, we are actively looking for a
Key Account Manager to reinforce our
Sales Team.


Your mission:

Under a permanent contract, you will be part of a team of 11 people in charge of
business development.

You will report to the Sales Manager.


In this role, you will mainly
interact with R&D leaders from the (bio)pharmaceutical industry in order to maintain relationships with an
existing portfolio of clients as well as to develop your own network with the goal of
acquiring new clients and consolidate business.


You will be responsible for

  • Managing and developing your business portfolio by:
  • Participating to scientific events: conferences, symposia, etc.
  • Meeting customers at their facilities
  • Organising customer visits at _Quality Assistance_
  • Writing and negotiating price offers
  • Evaluating and reporting customer needs and requests for internal assessment
  • Liaising with Scientific Operations teams for business support in project management

Your profile:


University degree in Life Sciences

Required:


  • Customeroriented
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • High energy and performance driven
  • Well organised and detailoriented
  • Able to react independently in order to achieve objectives
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English: B2 level

Plus:


  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development
  • German proficiency
