The Role
An exciting opportunity to revolutionise financial management and reporting in the Benelux region
We are looking for a
Controller Finance Business Partner Benelux, a role that is central to maintaining the financial integrity and reporting accuracy of our Benelux legal entities under Local GAAP and IFRS.
As the
Controller Finance Business Partner Benelux, you will oversee the delivery of comprehensive Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Treasury services within the Benelux region.
Your expertise will be pivotal in managing these processes, aligning local practices with our global standards, and championing process optimization.
This is a highly impactful role where you will join a global FMCG business, supported by a passionate team of 25,000 employees.

- Responsible for the delivery of Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Treasury services
- Ownership and delivery of business processes and deepdive expertise on local process subcomponents
- Collaboration with third party service providers
- Detailed general accounting process execution, facilitation and transformation
- Crossdepartmental collaboration/ communication with leadership, key stakeholders, colleagues and clients
- Group Control Matrix/ Internal Controls
Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant expertise in Accounting and/or Finance
- Professional level of English, Dutch and French language skills
- Solid expertise and understanding of SAP as well as GAAP and IFRS guidelines
- Excellent expertise with Treasury, Credit Control and Working Capital practices
