You are a young graduate or Junior in your career with the ambition to evolve towards a role as a negotiator in "Workers' Compensation" insurance contracts for companies.

Our client is a reputable insurance company that promises you a training path to match your career ambitions.

Description

  • You will join the team that insures Workers' Compensation risks for national and international companies and the Public Sector;
  • You will be in charge of establishing, fixing and negotiating the insurance conditions of new risks and of following and defending your portfolio in a proactive way;
  • You will negotiate with brokers in order to best meet the client's needs while respecting the organization's rules;
  • You analyze requests for proposals and technical reports in order to determine the conditions of guarantees, pricing and provisional coverage.   • You develop a personalized contact with brokers and/or clients to give them advice on files;
  • You establish draft contracts, you validate the documents provided by the brokers and technical managers.   • You communicate in an optimal way within the team on the files in progress and their pricing. You also create the necessary links with other departments to ensure the proper execution of contracts (production, claims, sales);
  • You participate in external meetings to defend the company's interests and contribute to the creation of a positive brand image, in consultation with the sales team;
  • You keep yourself informed of developments in your field of expertise in order to strengthen your credibility.

Profile

  • You have obtained a Master's degree in Law, Economics or equivalent through experience;
  • Experience in accident underwriting would be an asset;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French;
  • You have a good team spirit, you like to learn and share tasks fairly;
  • You have an analytical mind and are able to interpret statistics critically and draw conclusions in relation to your activity;
  • You have a good command of Excel
  • You are rigorous and detailoriented;
  • You have a critical mind: you like to analyze and question the existing procedures and work tools.
