    Job Description

    You lead the International Project Management organization, develop a team of project managers dedicated to the creation of logistic solutions with racking systems, and direct the planning of multiple projects, oversee coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully execute them.

    1. Main Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all projects for the central region are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
    • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
    • Develop a detailed project plan for the central projects to monitor and track progress.
    • Report directly to the Project Director and ensure a regular and appropriate level of information to the higher management.
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

    2. Leading international project management / coach & support central PMs

    • Supports the PMs with kick-off meetings and commercial meetings with the client.
    • Together with the PMs, foresee project risks and project uncertainties and develop improvement actions.
    • Deploy an appropriate communication during the course of projects.
    • Acquire hands-on understanding on the situations by regular site visits and on site people management.
    • Drive the team to reach the best standards of Safety and Quality for the entire satisfaction of the customers.
    • Ensures that contract variations (scope, schedule, costs) are communicated and negotiated with the customer.
    • Looks for commercial opportunities, additional billable services, or other ways to improve the financial revenue of the projects in the central region.

    3. Teamlead

    • Foster a collaborative environment with proactive communication and efficient problem-solving.
    • Inspire a constant search for process improvement, fruitful client relationships and work delivery.
    • Collaborate to the team growth during recruitment process and training deployments.

    Qualifications

    • You have a Master's Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering
    • You have demonstrated successful management of international/European team in a similar environment with at least a significant 10 year of experience.
    • You have a thorough knowledge of mechanics.
    • You are fluent in Dutch, English, French and/or German.
    • You are willing to travel abroad when it's needed.
    • You are a people manager, team player and you take responsibility.
