- Deliver product training (CAD, ALM, PLM, AR, IIoT) to PTC customers virtually to PTC Customers in English and Japanese
- Apply knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
- Engage learners in a virtual setting using video, polling, open-ended questions, and more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS TEAMS)
- Experience with CAD tools such as CREO, Catia, Onshape, and Solidworks in the role of drafter, engineer, or product designer
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Japanese
- Highly organized, action-oriented, and committed to driving quality results
- Self-starter, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Experience teaching online using technology such as MS TEAMS and Virtual Machines
- Effective prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Project management skills – proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to influence others without formal authority

Technical Instructors are enthusiastic and energetic and enjoy engaging with learners in a virtual setting. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn or upgrade your CAD skills and effectively manage an online classroom. and enhance your facilitation skills. Your training assignments will allow you to interact with a diverse set of PTC customers across various technical fields, including CAD and PLM and internal resources at PTC.
