- Design, develop and implement robust and scalable software solutions for various platforms and devices.
- Work in an Agile environment and work closely with the development team, product managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of code quality, performance and maintainability .
- Actively participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Continually keep abreast of new technologies and trends in software development to improve quality and efficiency.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical degree.
- 3 years of relevant work experience as a software engineer, preferably within an agency or project-based environment.
- Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Flutter, Angular, React, Node.JS) and experience with modern frameworks.
- Experience with front-end and/or back-end development and familiarity with database systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical challenges effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Drive to continuously learn and develop your skills .
- You will be part of a self-managing team and we will give you a high degree of autonomy, trust and responsibility
