Als Legal Counsel werk je in het legal department van Pietercil Group in Ternat.Je ondersteunt beide business units en fungeert als juridisch aanspreekpunt voor uiteenlopende commerciële en regulatory vraagstukken binnen de Benelux en Frankrijk.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Opmaken, analyseren en opvolgen van commerciële contracten (distributie, agentuur, koop-verkoop, samenwerking, NDA's)
- Juridisch advies aan de business met focus op commerciële en regulatory aspecten (o.a. Food Law)
- Opvolgen en implementeren van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving
