Your Impact


In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of our foreign entities.

You'll work closely with the finance team to prepare accurate financial statements, manage the monthly closing process, and support our adherence to local and international accounting standards.


A Typical Day:


  • Work together with our accounting manager on all aspects of our accounting: AP/AR/Bank reconciliation for the Belgian entity.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all activities and processes carried out comply with standards, policies, instructions and local legislation.
  • Support / assist annual audit process tasks.
  • Providing support during the monthly/quarterly closing process.
  • Responsible for preparing the monthly vat declaration and other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare the annual accounts. Prepare corporation tax returns.

Your Expertise:


  • Bachelor in Accounting
  • 1 2 years experience in an Administration role related to Finance
  • Knowledge of BE GAAP and statutory obligations, knowledge of IFRS
  • Eye for efficiency improvements.
  • Have a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

    Ghent Office and 2 days of remote work.
