For our DBFM(O) department (Aartselaar & Wetteren), which is part of the division Large Projects & DBFM(O), we are looking for a
Design & Build Manager Electricity.

In this role you manage the design process using your commercial, contractual and technical expertise.

What does this job at Equans consist of?
- meeting with architects, structural engineers, services engineers, along with specialist designers, with the aim of producing a coordinated design
- ensuring that an accurate and complete estimate for the project is prepared
- participating in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discussing ways to reduce costs and providing value engineering ideas
- supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of a building design
- conducting financial, technical and operational risk assessments and advising on risks, opportunities and potential hazards
- technical execution of design and start-up of the project in collaboration with the Project Manager
- you report to the Department Manager

Are we a match?
- master engineering degree
- knowledge of design & build projects
- profound technical electrical knowledge of design & build projects
- knowledge of the building activities
- computer skills: proficiency in using MS Office programs
- ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines
- ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish the desired results
- good communicator and team worker
- language skills: fluent in Dutch, French, English
