Duties

Setting up the machine, tools and possibly automation

Producing pieces according to customer drawing and specifications (i.e. being able to

work accurately and appropriately)

Fully finishing single piece production to small series (making work preparations)

Measuring the pieces: production control, checking measurements and adjusting where

necessary

Ensuring the timely completion of projects

In short, you will be responsible for the projects you work on.

Profile

Technical education preferably experience with turning and milling (3 axis), 5-axis

experience is a big plus

Ability to read plans (2D and 3D), prepare the work plan

Ability to program the machine

Experience with measuring equipment, completion of measurement reports, measuring

of parts

Knowledge of various cutting tools and their use (cutting conditions)

Knowledge of a wide variety of material types and their processing

Knowledge of programming - CAM (Fusion 360) is a big advantage

Offer

Salary of EUR 18to 22 gross per hour + shift premium

EUR 6 meal vouchers

Belgian contract with the option of permanent employment after an "interim" period

Minimum 38 working hours per week

Accommodation provided: 85 for a single room, 55 for a double room (water, gas,

electricity and unlimited internet included)

Mileage allowance, usually a few euros per day.

End-of-year bonus of 8.33% of gross annual salary

Holiday bonus of 15.38% of gross annual salary

Full assistance from a coordinator throughout the contract.

Reimbursement of initial costs related to arrival in Belgium, maximum amount of EUR

125, paid after 4 weeks of work
