Embassy in Brussels is looking for a Supply Clerk to join the General Services Office to work from its warehouse located in Zaventem.

The job holder maintains computerized inventories of all Brussels/Belgium & Luxemburg USG-owned furnishings and appliances in government-leased quarters, all offices and official residences.

Prepares requisitions for the physical transfer of household furnishings and equipment. Performs the annual physical inventory and reconciliation of office furnishings and equipment.

Contract as _employé/bediende._

Salary as of €3.597 gross/month.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma.

EXPERIENCE:
2 years of clerical experience including some experience with computerized record keeping.

LANGUAGE:
Fluency in Dutch or French. Good working knowledge in English.
