    Ben jij helemaal thuis in financiële analyses en gedreven door het opstellen van executive summaries die ertoe doen, in staat om verschillende financiële processen en workflows op te zetten en te communiceren? En heb jij affiniteit met de toeristische sector? Dan hebben wij wat jij zoekt in onze functie als Finance Controller CP Europe (focus Parken).

    Als Finance Controller ben jij één van de coördinerende schakels tussen de financiële afdeling en interne stakeholders binnen operations en directie. Onder andere ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van diverse business cases/Financiële analyses gericht op bestaande processen en nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen onze parken. In hoofdzaak komen volgende taken aan bod:

    Taken die jij als Finance Controller Europe gaat uitvoeren:

    · Je werkt diverse Business cases uit met betrekking tot de exploitatie van diverse park activiteiten, en dit in samenwerking met diverse key-stakeholders;

    · Je stelt analyses op van diverse financiële parkgegevens en dit voor meerdere parken binnen de 4 verschillende landen (bijv., maar niet beperkt tot; personeelskosten, schoonmaak, energie, onderhoud,...);

    · Ondersteuning bij het opmaken van het jaarlijkse budgetteringsproces, de periodieke forecast en de lange termijn Business plannen van de parken;

    · Sleutelrol bij het opstellen van de documenten voor de periodieke Business Review met directie;

    · Je vertegenwoordigt het financiële team binnen verschillende werkgroepen;

    · Je neemt deel aan specifieke IT-projectwerkgroepen met betrekking tot nieuwe ontwikkelingen, om de financiële belangen in dit projectteam te vertegenwoordigen;

    · Je levert financiële basisinformatie aan het inkoopteam en ondersteunt de opvolging van de behaalde besparingen.

    · Je ontwikkelt de nodige kennis om als back-up te fungeren voor het invullen van de hoofdtaken binnen het Operational Finance team

    Competenties

    · Je beschikt over een afgeronde hogere opleiding op het niveau van Finance, Business control of een gelijkwaardige opleiding;

    · Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijksoortige functie;

    · Je bent dol op financiële cijfers en bijhorende analyses en samenvattingen

    · Je beschikt over een goede Nederlandse- en Engelse taalbeheersing in zowel woord als geschrift;

    · Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent oplossingsgericht ingesteld;

    · Je slaagt erin om hoofdzaken te onderscheiden van bijzaken, bent heel flexibel in het switchen van prioriteiten;

    · Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van Office toepassingen waaronder Excel en Power Point en streeft naar kennisverwerving van de belangrijkste financiële CP-systemen

    · Je bent In staat om managementinformatie op executive niveau te presenteren;

    · Je beschikt over een flexibele werkhouding en bent in staat zelfstandig te werken, en begrijpt de noodzaak om deadlines te respecteren;

    · Je neemt het initiatief, onthult nieuwe inzichten en streeft naar efficiëntie.
