As a data analyst, you help our organization to make decisions, not by gut feeling, but based on facts and data.

You are the one translating the data into reports and strategic insights that help enhance the experience of our customers and the performance of our company.

You become part of the Data Acceleration tribe, a team that consolidates all data profiles in one organization to maximize the value potential of our data assets.

Your tasks as a data analyst:

You develop curiosity and understanding of business context and processes which positions you as a perfect data partner to our business teams.

You
translate the business requests into a clear data insights or reporting questions.

You
collect, cleanse and validate the data you need from different sources.

You ideate and create automated
dashboards relevant for the business scope you cover

You develop a
proactive partnership with your stakeholders so that our data assets can help them as efficiently as possible

You perform deep-dive analyses on specific insights requests that lead to actionable recommendations for the business colleagues

You take initiatives to enhance the
adoption of data solutions and the data fluency of your business stakeholders

You take an active role in the community of data analysts within Telenet, through sharing sessions, inspiration and coaching.

You cover the scope of
Digital, supporting our Product Managers and marketeers with relevant dashboards and insights centered around digital interactions (website, apps) and journeys

You explore small and big data in your quest to find answers to diverse business.

a minimum of
2-3 years of experience as data or business analyst or in a comparable role.

Strong
analytical and data skills, with knowledge of
Excel ,
SQL and a dashboarding tool such as
Qlik Sense (advantage), or
Power BI or
Tableau

a Master's degree in a business or technology domain (Business engineering, Applied Economics, Computer science, Digital ) or a comparable experience

Good
presentation and
storytelling skills

A
problem-solving and
result-driven mindset

A first solid experience with
stakeholder management
Knowledge and experience in
telecom (especially digital data), media or consulting or comparable sectors is a plus
