    The Clinical Support Specialist m/w covers patient cases in the Operating Room for selected customers in Wallonia.

    More than 95% of the focus lays on the Service :

  • Operating room support: supports & gives technical advises during the interventions about the good use of our products when needed
  • Product Demonstrations
  • Sales lead generation
  • How You Create Impact

  • Trains surgeons & operating room staff on the good use of our products
  • Is familiar with surgical techniques: supports & gives technical advises during the interventions about the good use of our products when needed
  • Participates to orthopaedic and orthopaedic related symposia, meetings and congresses.
  • Is responsible for the good management of the consignment stock : control + rationalization.
  • Works to achieve the defined business objectives in his area within their segment
  • Prepares and documents account plans for his area and customers to define sales budget
  • Makes work schedules for his area and communicates them to his reporting manager
  • Has regular contact with his reporting manager by phone / mail regarding action points
  • Monthly reports on the follow up of his account plan and other important information obtained to his reporting manager
  • Participates to meetings and other internal meetings.
  • What Makes You Stand Out

  • Medical or Paramedical Degree or equivalent by experience
  • Knowledge / background in Orthopaedic and Orthopaedic related medical devices is an advantage
  • Fluent in French
  • Good knowledge of English both verbal and in written materials
