(Junior) Finance Manager - International Orthopedic Sector / based in Nívelles (B)

Position Description:


We are excited to announce a newly created position for a (Junior) Finance Manager M/F/X to join our team in Nívelles, Belgium.


This full-time role is offered on a permanent contract basis, marking a significant step in our company's expansion and our commitment to enhancing our financial management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the monthly and quarterly reporting package for our client.

Prepare quarterly forecasts in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Analyze and present management results monthly to the General Manager and Corporate Senior Management.

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as directed by Corporate Finance.

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external service providers for tax, payroll services, and audit.

Ensure the timely filing of Tax returns (Corporate Tax, VAT, etc.).

Maintain all planning and reporting deadlines, delivering complete and accurate results with proper analysis.

Adhere strictly to standards, regulations, and guidelines. Handle financial reporting according to local standards and IFRS.

Participate in ad-hoc projects as directed by the Corporate Finance Team.

Drive optimal cost structure, productivity, and capital efficiency.

Manage and monitor cash flow, implementing necessary actions to improve Net Working Capital.

Handle challenging HR tasks:
payroll, sickness management, DKV contracts, and more.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.

3-5 years of experience in international reporting.


Proficient in English (oral and written) - the working language. Knowledge of French, Dutch, and Italian is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with Microsoft NAV; proficiency in TAGETIK is a plus.

Work permit in Belgium.
