Votre mission

Resuming, the "IS support, BI and AX SSRS Developer" will play a role related to end-user support, regarding BI/SSRS expertise within ISCL.

He's missions are part of the international context in support of the subsidiaries and the internal support teams (ISCL/PEPSI):

- support for the commitments of the ISCL team (SoD, ISM)
- creation, modification of reporting for subsidiaries (SSRS reports, subscriptions)
- support for AX deployment in subsidiary (SharePoint, BI SSRS, Access)

The job details are described below, devided by component, between the service level managemen role, ISM, ISC-L training and formation as well as BI iteligence development.

Its mainly interlocutors will be end-user within AX system, Project teams regarding new affiliate deployment, ISM teams in France, Finance team for the SoD control and management, BI and PEPSI teams.

SERVICE LEVEL MANAGEMENT:

ISC-Lisbon Processes
Management of Processes creation for ISCL procedures
Maintain the version control of those processes, stored over on ISC-Lisbon SharePoint site
ISC-Lisbon Access Request process and Access and SoD Review Process
Responsible to create, maintain and deliver the analysis results of both Access and SoD Review of user's profiles in Dynamix AX 2009 and 201
Delivery of quarterly reports of the results of both SoD issues, and Derogations of profiles
Improvement of Access Request process via POWER APP, POWER AUTOMATE ( Development and maintenance of the platform)
Creation and maintenance of quality standards of Matrix of access request, documentation and process in accordance with Quality standards of Pierre Fabre
ISM
Monitor the ISCL teams assignments over the ISM Tickets Tool and report any critical issues to the hierarchy of activities
Manage team assignments activities on ISM tool
Create and manage users access to ISM tool ( Team Assignments for some subs and ISC-L Team members)
Training and formation
Creation and maintenance of Training Contents for Key Users
Deliver of training for Key Users regarding processes and procedures to Key Users

BUSINESS INTELIGENCE DEVELOPMENT:

SSRS Development and Process
Creation of SSRS Development standards and guidelines
Development of SSRS Reports for both AX2009 and AX2012 _and BI-AX2009 and 2012_
Maintenance of SSRS reports and documentation of process
Dashboard development
Development of Tableau reports and views
Creation of Data models ( Data Mart) to use in Analysis
Documentation of both Data models as well as Reports
SharePoint Development
Creation, administration, development, deployment, and maintenance of ISC-L SharePoint Site
Administration of SharePoint, Accesses, Content creation and publication
Creation and maintenance of Power automate flows created with SharePoint connection to ISC-L site
Creation, administration, development, deployment, and maintenance of new SharePoint BI subsites for new Dynamix AX2012 Pierre Fabre subsidiaries (Projects)
