The Sales Assistant is the right hand of the Sales Team.

He/or she reports to the Head of Sales and helps following up in terms of performance, works on perfect store data, optimizes store agenda's, is a sparring partner for the call center and is working on sales supporting documents.

As a sales assistant you make the difference in the day to day activities for our, currently 5, regional managers and for all our field employees.


The 3 pillars of the Sales Assistant Role:

  • Supports the sales director & the regional managers in their daily operations (translations, sales figures follow up, monitoring of store data accuracy, preparation of regional meetings & presentations, etc.)
  • Supports the planning of the staff & store agenda's (working time schedules, planning of flying hearing care professionals, holiday planning, etc.)
  • Supports the shops in their interaction with the call center, customer contacts and in their day to day needs.

Main Competencies:
Organization & Planning

  • Timely sets goals, prioritizes and sequences activities, mastering planning and scheduling techniques
  • Proactively anticipates future tasks to guarantee an excellent time management
  • Manages not only his/her own goals and activities, but also others' agenda and external events
  • Collaboration with HR, IT and training about joiners/movers/leavers to make sure planning is up to date and to foresee our employees and clients the best possible experience.
Administration & Communication

  • Masters Amplifon administrative procedures such as translations, store data accuracy, small communications, working schedules update, etc.
  • Ensures compliance within the team
  • Makes sure all the team is aware and updated about new policies and requirements
  • Bridging small communications between Head office and field

Tools Mastery:
Technical, Sales & Analytics

  • Endorses the system usage with his/her team to offer a higher quality service, as well as to boost operational speed
Customer orientation & understanding

  • Close collaboration with Call Center manager in terms of store Q&A
  • Back up & sparring partner for client advisor's during holidays or absence

Profile:


  • You are available to join our awesome team full time
  • You are flexible in working at our Head Office in Groot-Bijgaarden
  • By preference you have Bachelor's degree or similar through experience
  • A first experience in a commercial environment is an asset
  • Good Knowledge of O365 Tools and in particular Excel
  • Teamplayer with strong communication skills
  • Handson Mentality
  • You are a master planner
  • Quick Learner
  • Fluent in Dutch & French and you have a good knowledge of English
