Job description:

Our sales department is the point of contact for our customers. Our sales representative (inside and outside) together form a team to expand our customer database. You identify customer requirements and work with your colleagues to find solutions to the requests.

You prepare a competitive quotation, are the point of contact for this quotation and, together with the outside sales, maintain contact with the customer.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Maintaining excellent customer relations
Processing requests into quotations
Converting quotations into orders by negotiating with the customer
Supporting outside sales representatives
Drawing up tender dossiers endtoend

Profile:

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Sales or technical or equivalent experience in a customerfacing environment
You are independent and persevere where necessary
You are customer / service oriented
You are commercially creative and enthusiastic
You have an affinity with electricity and lighting
Basic knowledge of lighting products is an advantage
You are flexible, stressresistant and able to switch quickly
You inspire confidence in your customers/prospects and know how to convince them thanks to your dynamism, technical knowledge, drive and professional attitude
You are able to prospect smoothly as well as build longterm relationships with customers and communicate in a clear, understanding and professional manner
You follow up on your contacts closely. You keep accurate records and ensure a transparent flow of information between colleagues
You have a good command of Dutch & French
