Description

Kelly Belgium team is growing and wants to add new Experienced Recruitment Consultant members for our Life Science and Business support divisions.

Daily responsibilities

Develop and engage a network of new clients and convince them to work with you for their recruitment needs;

Account management:

Draft a recruitment plan for these vacancies;
Post vacancies on different platforms;
With the Operations Lead, develop account plans for key strategic accounts and retention of key accounts;
Profile

At least a Bachelor in a domain related to Life Science or Business;
At least 5 years of recruitment experience;
Fluent in Dutch and English, good professional knowledge of French;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Experience with ATS (Bullhorn) is a plus;
Quick to learn new IT programs and recruitment platforms;
Have several years of experience as a 360° consultant in both temporary and permanent roles;
Team player, who works well in an international environment;
Shares Kelly's vision and values.
