The Mission:


To strengthen our sales and business development organization for our offices in La Hulpe, we are currently looking for a Junior Sales "Finance/Procurement".


Reporting to the Business Development Director, the junior sales is responsible for acquiring new customers, enhancing business, and providing qualified consulting services in a manner that supports the company's mission in Wallonia & Brussels.


b. The Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and maximize new business opportunities at new or existing clients
  • Approaching prospects (large corporates and SME's) and driving the future pipeline of new business potential in line with our Value Proposition in our different segments
  • Accurate and timely CRM data entry and Reporting
  • Work closely together with Director Business Development and Partners to further leverage and operationalize the BD and Account Management Strategy
  • Attend sales meetings and maintain uptodate records on all sales activities
  • Conduct sales presentations, client webinars, cold calls, demos during the sales process and represent Altesia at several events
  • Be responsible for solving adhoc and ongoing commercial issues
  • Conducting interviews with Finance and Procurement professionals (consultants & Interim Managers) to develop and broaden Alesia's network
  • Find new consultants / freelancers who could match with Altesia's open missions
  • Actively followingup ongoing missions
  • Actively participate in the development of the sales strategy with management.
  • Participate in the development of marketing and communication
campaigns with the marketing team.


Requirements:


a. Academic background**
b. Experience

  • Ideally between 2 and 5 years of experience. A track record in a sales organization is a strong asset.
  • Salesdriven personality with an entrepreneurial drive
  • Outstanding active listening skills
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and internal/external partners to solve problems and achieve goals
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Dutch is a real asset (verbal & written)
