we are looking for talented and motivated Financial Business Consultants
in Brussels, Belgium.

As a distinguished Business Specialist, you will occupy a pivotal role in establishing a solid connection between stakeholders and IT project teams, ensuring seamless coordination.

Accountability is a top priority here.

Our clients are prominent financial institutions in the BeLux market, engaged in diverse financial activities including Front to Back Trading, Asset Management, Retail Banking, and Insurance.

This pivotal role demands a high level of curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive analysis of business requirements, user needs, and strategic objectives.
Devising and executing functional test strategies with precision.
Ensuring solutions align with regulatory mandates, industry benchmarks, and the organization's overarching strategic direction.
Vigilantly overseeing IT deliveries.
Extending user support and conducting training sessions for novel processes or systems.
Operating within the framework of Agile methodology.
