Your responsibilities:

You actively search for input and make creative, attractive content for different target groups and purposes: newsletters, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube), corporate site and career site, customer portal, press releases, etc. You ensure that the content and graphics match Petersime's identity and tone of voice. The online content you create also meets the necessary SEO requirements.
You work with the other Content Marketeer in the team to prepare and implement a publishing calendar for external and internal communication (online/offline), taking into account internal stakeholders such as HR and Service.
You are the marketing team's point of contact for servicerelated projects.

This means you actively help to optimize the training courses offered to our customers:

from managing event pages, sending out invitations and making training materials available on our customer portal to helping to devise and develop the communication strategy for new initiatives.

To do this, you work closely with Sales & Customer Service.

You support (some of) the HR communication based on your expertise and contribute to initiatives that strengthen Petersime's employer brand, such as the career website and the company's visibility on social media, internal events, etc.
You assess created content in terms of content and grammar, and follow up with translation agencies and/or internal reviewers for communications and publications in other languages.
You are responsible for the administrative and logístical management of POS materials and gadgets: from keeping stocks up to date to distribution and administrative followup.
You work in a team of 4 other colleagues and report to the Marketing Coordinator.

Your profile:

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, journalism or marketing and have several years of experience in a relevant role.
You are familiar with the fundamental marketing and communication principles, customs and techniques.
You are creative in formulating messages. You have a very good knowledge of English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
You are keen to innovate and can assist customers and internal stakeholders in a flexible way.
You are assertive and critical and you have an eye for detail.
You are enthusiastic and constructive. Connecting with others energizes you.
You enjoy setting goals independently and turning them into actions and results.
You have knowledge and practical experience of CMS, CRM and MS Office, and you preferably also have a basic knowledge of photo and video editing (such as Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite) for social media marketing and digital content.
