For a fast growing international company in the energy sector
we are looking for an Senior Contracting Counsel
**Description de la fonction

You will be a member of the B2B Market Coördination team and you will report to the Contracting Manager.**¿
Drafting and reviewing gas sales contracts for European markets (Benelux and French market) and amending them in order to implement specific customer's requests;
¿ Constant interfacing with all company internal stakeholders (Credit, Legal, Operations, Pricing, Compliance etc.);
¿ Form the bridge with Regulatory Affairs and stay up to date about important changes in the energy law.

¿ Supporting commercial functions towards their relation with the clients; by assisting in
negotiations
¿ Supporting the development of new product schemes and new business development in European markets

¿ Participating as contracting officer and expert to internal ICT projects to develop and update sales contract schemes and models within the internal offering systems

¿ Travelling on occasional basis is possible

**Description du profil
**University qualified, Studies in law (bachelor or master) would be preferred

¿ You have at least 4 years of experience;
¿ You have excellent understanding of and experience in drafting contracts. You get excited by drafting contract in the best advantages of the company

¿ Experience in the European energy world is recommended;
¿ You have an analytical, critical mind-set and you work in a methodical, thorough and accurate way;
¿ You have an excellent attention to detail;
¿ You are well organized and have a proactive approach to problem solving;
¿ You are a team player, highly motivated and dynamic; Coordination of a team is a plus;
¿ You have proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team;
¿ Your communication, negotiation and convincing skills are very good;
¿ You are flexible and stress resistant;
¿ You are open to work in an international and challenging environment;
¿ Your knowledge of English & French is outstanding

¿ Good knowledge of Dutch or italian would be a plus

¿ You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
