    Beschrijving

    As Regulatory Officer you have the following responsibility:

    Policy Development:
    Developing and updating policies and procedures to ensure that the bank's activities are in compliance with regulatory standards.

    Reporting:
    Preparing and submitting regulatory reports to relevant authorities as required by law. This may include financial reports (BECRIS), tax reports (FATCA & CRS), risk assessment reports, and other compliance-related documentation.

    Communication with Regulatory Authorities:
    Serving as a liaison between the bank and regulatory authorities.

    This includes responding to inquiries from regulators and ensuring that the bank maintains open and transparent communication with relevant agencies.


    Conduct of regulatory projects:

    keeping abreast of changes in banking and financial regulations in Belgium and participate to implementing changes in process and operations.

    Master in Finance or Economics

    Prior experience in accounting or financial control role for a Financial Institution

    Excellent analytical skills (very good Excel user)

    Fluent in FR and ENG

    Meal vouchers
