Your Responsibilities | Manager Legal – Corporate – Law – Asset Manager

• You will be in charge of supervising the corporate administration of mainly Real Estate Funds and the underlying structures ( SPVs) from their constitution to their liquidation.
• You will be in charge of the supervision of a team and will have to train and coach them in the meeting their deliverables.
• You have acquired this experience in an investment firm or financial service provider (Fiduciary, Big Four, PFS).
• You have ideally obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law .
• You should have a very good command of English (written and oral) allowing you to excel in an international workplace. Knowledge of French or German will be a very strong asset.
• You have thorough knowledge of Real Estate funds.
• Currently, you are expecting to join an in-house position and are eager to build a long-term collaboration with your future employer to enjoy a stable professional career.
