    As part of this mission, Kronos by EPSA provides agile and specialized support in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Project Management through interim management and expert resourcing.

    Mission

    As a Project Coordination Associate, you will support Project Managers by coordinating projects from creation to closing phase. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics...) and ensure that contractual milestones are met in terms of planning, budget, and delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Coordination & Site Support:

    • Coordinate project activities from kick-off to site delivery
    • Follow up and prioritize R&D task lists
    • Define parts needs (BOM transfers) and manage logistics follow-up
    • Prepare packing and shipment requests
    • Provide logistics support during installation phases
    • Manage all site parts requests during installation

    Planning, Budget & ERP Management:

    • Create projects and maintain up-to-date schedules in ERP (SAP)
    • Launch billing processes (Sales Orders creation)
    • Define, monitor and reforecast project budgets
    • Manage project rescheduling and assess impacts on yearly budget
    • Review and update project templates in ERP

    Cross-Functional Interface:

    • Act as main interface with R&D, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams
    • Ensure efficient and assertive communication when required

    Risk & Issue Management:

    • Analyze project issues and implement appropriate solutions
    • Act as a facilitator across departments
    • Document problems and corrective actions
    • Manage priorities across multiple projects

    KPI & Reporting:

    • Participate in KPI definition and monitoring
    • Report activities to Project Managers (formal KPIs & informal updates)
    • Ensure management has accurate data for decision-making
    • Maintain efficiency even under pressure

    Teamwork & Knowledge Sharing:

    • Maintain open communication within the team
    • Share knowledge and best practices
    • Organize backups and ensure continuity

    Profile

    You have:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
    • SAP knowledge (mandatory)
    • Strong skills in Pack Office (especially Excel)
    • Fluent French and English (oral & written)

    • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Well organized and able to work autonomously
    • Comfortable working in a multi-project, fast-paced environment
