Function:


The CAS (Central Audit Services) team of our client is responsible for document production and support our executives with the lay-out of engagement letters, audit reports, standard audit correspondence and other relevant documentation with strict lay-out rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalizing Engagement letters
  • Finalizing Audit reports (i.e. statutory audit reports, reports legal assignments, other regular reports) adding tracking number
  • Prepare Roll Forward workers council report
  • Finalize Standard Audit correspondence (change of legal representative auditor, hold harmless letters, change of statutory auditor, waivers, etc.)
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Certifying workers council info with stamp 'Initialed for identification'
  • Incoming bank & other confirmations by post: the CAS Team sends the confirmations to the appropriate contact person
  • Outgoing confirmation requests: insertion into envelopes and dropoff at the appropriate location for outgoing post

Profile:


  • You have a Bachelor degree with a strong interest in project management / change management;
  • We are open to fresh graduates or future colleagues with a first experience (maximum 2 years) in project management, or finance;
  • You have good people skills since you will be working closely together with Partners and Executives;
  • You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks;
  • You also need to be a team player and have a problemsolving attitude;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
    Dutch. Next to that, you are fluent in French and English;
  • You have solid organizational skills including attention to detail;
  • You have an advanced knowledge of Word & Excel. Next to that you have a good knowledge of PowerPoint;
  • You are a fast learner and are eager to grow in your job
  • Research of financial information on Belgian websites such as NBB, KBO, Ondernemingsloket are common knowledge
