- Assurer la gestion des équipes techniques et opérateurs
- Assurer la gestion des absences et des remplacements
- Allouer les ressources en fonction du planning de production et des priorités
- Veiller à la sécurité des personnes et des équipements afin d'éviter tout accident de travail.
- Assurer la qualité des produits et les performances des équipements en respectant l'ensemble des règles Qualité et EHS.
- Maintenir les zones de production en ordre.
- Apporter du support aux opérateurs de production. (Ecouter – intervenir – améliorer)
- Assurer la formation et la certification du personnel
- Entretenir un climat de communication franche et solidaire.
- Assurer le parrainage des nouvelles personnes.
- Utiliser efficacement les systèmes de supervision production.
- Participer à la démarche d'amélioration continue de la qualité, de la productivité, de la diminution des risques sécurité et de la réduction des coûts.
- Animer les réunions de pause
- Promouvoir la communication.
- Réaliser les entretiens individuels avec le personnel
- Réaliser les inventaires mensuels
- Vous avez une formation technique du niveau secondaire supérieur ou graduat.
- Une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du management en production est un atout essentiel.
- La connaissance de la technique de Molding est un requis indispensable, minimum 5 ans d'expérience.
- Bon niveau de français en expression orale et écrit
- Organisé et communication efficace
- Rigueur et respect des règles de bonnes pratiques de fabrications et règles de sécurité.
- Soucieux d'appliquer les procédures et orienté qualité
- Esprit d'amélioration continue, esprit d'équipe et atteinte des résultats.
- Motivé, désireux d'apprendre, de progresser.
- Être un leader pour l'équipe.

RESUME DE LA FONCTION
Tout en respectant le planning de production, le Team Leader organise, gère une ou plusieurs équipes de production afin d'atteindre les objectifs de quantité et de qualité requis par les procédures et les objectifs, dans un environnement serein et de sécurité.
