***- What You'll Do

We are seeking a Business Architect to join our team. As a Business Architect you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex business systems that meet the needs of our clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technology, data architecture, and agile methodologies.

You will be responsible for:

Designing and developing business systems architecture that aligns with our clients' strategic objectives and business requirements using agile principles.

Work with different teams to ensure that business requirements are prioritized and fully understood.

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements.
***
Aligning data architecture with business processes and developing data solutions that drive business value.
***
Develop and maintain system documentation, including system requirements, design documents, and testing plans.
***
Working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, analysts and development teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Provide guidance and support to technical teams during the development, testing, and deployment phases of projects using agile best practices.
***
Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
***
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business or Functional analyst role with a first experience as Business or Integration Architect.

Strong technical skills in system design, development, and implementation using agile principles.
***
Proven ability to design and implement large-scale enterprise systems.
***
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
***
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
***
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
