Manager - Treasury Accounting
The Johnson & Johnson Global Treasury Services Center (GTSC) is a division of J.C. General Services BV.

Together with J&J Corporate, the GTSC fulfills the role of in-house bank and is responsible for the financing as well as the cash and risk management of the J&J affiliates.

The GTSC is also responsible for the settlements on behalf of the J&J affiliates worldwide.

Your new team
The Treasury Accounting team is within the above context responsible for accounting and controlling activities of the treasury transactions. This for both the dedicated treasury centers as for the operating companies under Regional Cash Management (RCM)


Your function

  • You organize and coordinate the daily clearing activities for the companies under RCM structure.
  • You will be responsible for the reporting and controls of the treasury accounting for the Regional Cash Management for Johnson & Johnson affiliates. On a monthly basis you will close and report the Treasury related Balance Sheet and P&L accounts (Cash, In-House Bank, Intercompany Lending and Investment,) for the J&J affiliates.
  • You will ensure alignment of accounting processes with US GAAP and SarbanesOxley requirements.
  • You will lead the rollout of RCM accounting model for the different regions (EMEA, Latam, AsiaPac). You are the first point of contact with the different RTSC's (Regional Treasury Service Centers) and Global Services organizations.
  • You will participate in the analysis and reporting of results to Johnson & Johnson affiliates and corporate headquarters.
  • Your further develop the Treasury Accounting role within the Treasury Management Systems project, in close cooperation with the other Treasury departments and J&J affiliates in scope.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Economics, ideally with a major in accounting
  • You have managerial experience.
  • You have good knowledge of accountancy; knowledge of US GAAP and accounting of derivatives are an additional asset.
  • You are interested in establishing, organizing, and supporting financial processes and systems.
  • You have strong and proven analytical skills.
  • You are a stress resistant team player, flexible and accurate.
  • You can express yourself fluently in English.
