Description of the opportunity:

Main tasks:
The intern works alongside investment professionals on new investment opportunities and portfolio monitoring tasks, including:
- Creating powerpoint presentations assessing the attractiveness of industries and companies
- Updating complex financial models
- Preparing documents for GBL's governance bodies
Experience and skills:
- Integrity and discretion
- Team player working in a small team of specialized professionals
- Analytical mindset ability to quickly analyze, model and process information
- Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Academic excellence
- Prior experience in M&A, strategy consulting, corporate finance or financial transactions is a plus (i.e month internship)
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
