• Minimum of 3 years in related technical roles, including Microsoft or ERP technologies
• Experience in technical consulting, solution design, training delivery, and project management is a plus
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, Power Platform, and Dataverse
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English
• Ability to bridge tech expertise with business strategy
• People management skills and business process knowledge
• Exceptional problemsolving and collaboration skills
