General Description of the Role


The CCM Category Manager On Trade reports to the CCM Director and is responsible for the category strategy for On-trade channels for all our brands.

The position is responsible for brand plans in order to support the achievement of strategic business objectives, by developing and implementing strategies and actions of the main levers of the

Trade Marketing Mix:
differentiating them by type of channel, customer, and point of sale.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Strategic Channel Management:_

  • The position has the ownership of Brand Building for the On Trade Channel, consistently with key strategic brand objectives.
  • He/she is responsible for developing the CCM Category plan in synergy with the Marketing Plan and close collaboration with the Horeca Manager.
  • Defines the entire trade marketing mix actions with a specific focus on Channel and POS.
  • Defines the criteria for assigning resources/activities to the commercial team and the various actions to be implemented on customers and points of sale
  • Building strategy in order to guarantee, sellout, consumption activation and perfect serve; (example Aperol Lighthouse project, etc.)

Program Execution:_

  • It is responsible for defining and developing, in collaboration with the Horeca team, projects aimed at identifying and developing a strong and consistent Brand experience
  • It is responsible for ensuring the correct and timely implementation of CCM plan activities, respecting time and planned methods

Budgeting & Performance Monitoring:_

  • Initiate and support data analysis in order to improve the different activities and processes
  • Fewer, bigger & better approach with strong focus on prioritization around key projects and must win battles that really maximize business impact

Analytics:_

  • Ensure proper communication to the Horeca manager of objectives and kpi's of planned activities
  • Is responsible for the preparation and periodic presentation of analysis on the performance and the KPI activation of all the levers of the trade marketing mix.

Experience Required

  • At least 4 years commercial experience in Belgian Horeca Market (marketing, sales or customer/trade marketing).
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Administration or similar by experience.
  • Present information to key stakeholders and customers
  • English spoken fluently with French or Flemish as a native language.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent contract


Salary:
€50, €122,097.77 per year
