WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

Daily payroll administration: complete, check, and process payroll-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines.
Maintain payroll & time records so that information is accurate and secure.
Payroll coordination (internal controls, contact with payroll provider and final control for both white and blue collar workers).
Time registration input, follow up of parental leave, time credit, sickness leave, vacationin order to prepare the payroll.
Contact with temporary employment agencies and follow up of the temporary staff.
Responsible for all HR admin for the Leuven site to support the HRBP.
Optimize HR processes and implement improvements.
First contact for all HR related questions from employees on the Leuven site.
Assist in the development and rollout of local HR policies and procedures as appropriate.
May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Accountancy or equivalent in a related field
2 Years or more of previous experience in a similar job
You are discrete, methodical, strict and well organized,
Working accurately and fast is your second nature, you are a multitasking expert
You have strong knowledge of MSoffice, E-Blox is an asset
You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English (German and French are a plus)
You are service minded and enjoy answering people's needs
You are able to manage priorities
