Our Technical Lead will be the driving force behind our innovative R&D projects and play a critical role in shaping the future of our Clinical Nutrition product innovation pipeline.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as Technical Lead on NPD (New Product Development) projects.
  • Based on significant technical expertise, review and approve complex design concepts and provide general direction to technical team by defining strategies for the programs, developing goals.
  • Design and supervise appropriate experiments in the frame of the product development key areas for the NPD projects.
  • Develop capacity and strategy to ensure project technical achievements are met within allocated budget and timing.
  • Provide clear direction on product development requirements to meet user needs and expectations from the commercial partners.
  • Accountable for overall project performance related to the technical project activities.
  • Organize and provide technical leadership in the areas of CMC development (formulation development, analytical method development and validation, manufacturing process )
  • Interact through program updates and reviews with all levels of management and influence internal and external collaborators. Present progress to senior management.
