ABOUT THE COMPANY
The ICT department of this social services company consists of 30 employees. The offices are located in Ghent, a stone's throw from the Ghent Sint-Pieters train station.
You have mature interpersonal skills as facilitator and communicator between the IT and Business departments
Responsibilities:
- Liaising between the IT department and the business stakeholders
- Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches
- Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth and optimization
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
- Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models
- Utilizing IT data for business insights
- Analyzing business needs
- Sourcing and implementing new business technology
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements
- Running A/B tests and analyzing data
- Analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years in business analyses (UML/BPM) and/or IT project management (agile, Prince2)
- 10+ years in a technologydriven role
- Analytical mindset with problemsolving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Dutch and English).
