This job in a nutshell:


To strengthen our national sales and Bid team, we are looking for a public sector sales coordinator with expertise in the public sector.


What will you be doing?:

  • You offer transversal support to all our BDO partners active in our consultancy department with a focus on the public sector. You are their first person of contact for everything that concerns offers, commercial actions including events.
  • You help with the screening of offers, join go or no gomeetings and make sure you timely prepare the gomeetings.
  • You accurately follow up on the planning and meeting deadlines for the submission of offers.
  • Preparing, reviewing, finalising and submitting offer documents (offers, attachments, presentations, certificates, references, CVs ) in line with established procedures.
  • Adding data and keeping data in the CRM up to date
  • Registering new lead data in the CRM system
  • Analysis of award reports + points of attention for future offers
  • Translating CVs and other offerrelated documents or coordinating these translations
  • Preparing and maintaining commercial presentations
  • Optimising the use of tools for the detection and dispatching of published offers
  • Support national Public Sector Industry operation
  • Attend monthly Public Sector meeting
  • Provide support to national sales initiatives and projects

  • Juggling different (sometimes short) deadlines or dealing with several files in one day? No problem, you are very flexible.
  • Ability to set priorities
  • Excellent writing skills and an eye for detail
  • Being able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bridgebuilder between colleagues from different disciplines
  • Education: at least a professional bachelor
  • Prior knowledge: at least a first experience in / affinity with public procurement processes


  • Perfectly bilingual (NL/FR)

  • ENG is a plus but not a must
