Job summary
This role within GCSD plays a pivotal part in driving the clinical operations of assigned studies from Commit to Study Initiation all the way through to study archiving.The Global Study Manager will take ownership of crafting robust accelerated delivery plans that aim for top tier performance ensuring timelines quality standards and ambitious targets are consistently achieved.
This dynamic and impactful role designed for individuals driven to make a meaningful difference in clinical operations requires collaboration with stakeholders effective communication leadership skills project management expertise operational experience risk assessment conceptual analytical critical thinking problem solving conflict resolution adaptability versatility ability to delegate tasks independence analytical systematic creative approach risk based decision making multicultural settings,
