Moxy Antwerpen - Where play meets work

Are you ready for a new adventure and providing experiences and opportunities for our guests to create lifelong memories?

Together with the captain, you will be responsible for the opening of Moxy Antwerp.

We are looking for an energetic multitasker with a hands-on mentality who leads from the front to ensure a smooth hotel operation and inspires their team to over-deliver for guests by working hard and having fun


As a MOXY Assistant Captain you have a deep connection to target guests and the brand's core values — thoughtful, spirited and fun.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


Responsible for assisting in successfully executing all operations in the hotel, f.e Front Office, Food and Beverage, Reservations, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Engineering.


  • Recruit and train the crew, as well as having the right tools needed to give the MOXY Experience.
  • Motivates staff through positive reinforcement and leading by example.
  • Be active and involved in the daily work of the crew.
  • Work 'hands on' as part of the team when required for the business.
  • Bar Moxy is the heartbeat of our hotels, so keeping a vibrant bar area is very important
  • Make sure that the guest experience reaches the MOXY experience and is accurate to the MOXY Service Manual.
  • Ensure social media is updated and follows MOXY's creative standards.
  • Ensure a profitable hotel operation according to defined goals and ambitions.
  • Knowledge revenue management, to make sure business is coming in at the right price.
  • Support the captain with financial and budget related tasks.
