About the job:
As a

Junior Business Analyst for the Belgium market, your main role will be to provide valuable analyses of Sales and Marketing Data ( Sell in, sell out, promo, panels from offline and online sales).

Your mission will involve:
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams (mostly marketing and sales) to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy
At a later stage of your development, your role will be to be a source of valuable insights: signaling opportunities and threats and translating it into concrete advice and appropriate actions
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
A first experience or internship in an analytical function with a combination of commerce and business analytics
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to connect with international team
Independent and proactive mindsets are valuable assets in this company culture
You are fluent in French and English with a good level of Dutch
