For the Sales Organization Offset Solutions BeNeLux, we are looking for a person who combines technical and commercial skills with a good business sense and the necessary social skills to develop and maintain good relationships with dealers and direct customers.

In this position you will report to the BNL Sales Manager and has a wide range in roles and responsibilities such as dealer management, account management and business development.

Function
As a dealer Manager we will ask you to

  • Provide product and commercial support to dealers in order to help the dealer sell our products in the best way possible (product presentations, on site commercial support at dealer customers,...)
  • Manage channel conflicts between dealers and/or direct sales
  • Manage and maintain pricing policies and strategy to dealers in relation to the pricing policies and strategies in direct sales
  • Followup on forecast and issues (logístical, technical and commercial)from dealers
  • Phasein and out of products in dealer portfolio
As an account Manager you will be responsible for

  • Packaging and Commercial Print in the Benelux
  • Building and managing existing relationships with commercial print and packaging customers in the Netherlands
  • Looking for new customers through your network in direct sales in your region
  • Selling all Agfa products in the commercial print and packaging market
As a business development manager you get the opportunity to
- investigate the Benelux flexo market in order to define potential market opportunities for Agfa
- build relationships with prospects, customer and partners and actively sell the flexo system in the BeneLux flexo market.


Profile

  • You have a strong commercial background in the printing/prepress market
  • You have a higher education level (bachelor/master) and proven analytical mindset.
  • You combine your sales skills with a technical background and/or strong knowledge of the offset market
  • You are willing to travel a lot by car, come to our headquarters or being "en route" towards your customers or prospects
  • You are solutionminded and resultdriven. We are a company that offers high quality and goes the extra mile for our customers and look for the same mentality with our sales.
  • You are no comfort seeker, you like new challenges, new opportunities and strives every day towards new and better possibilities
  • You are very communicative in Dutch and English and have good knowledge of French
