As an Indoor Sales Executive you will work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to achieve and exceed monthly and yearly targets.

The role includes key responsibilities such as:
Generating new and maintaining existing accounts and assigned segments through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, cold calls, sight inspections, RFP's.)
Sell the newly refreshed hotel (partly renovated bathrooms and rooms) to the different segments.
Contributing to the development of company sales initiatives and implementing sales action plan to each and exceed targets set.
Watching trends on the Brussels Hotel Market.
Taking care of the contracting of new and existing accounts.
Sometimes responsible for meeting room sales, sending offers, follow up and welcome.
Dealing with corporate customer inquiries using a client-oriented approach. Handling inquiries and proposals in a pro-active manner.

Profiel

You have a degree in Hotel Management or similar education and experience in the hotel industry in a commercial function (sales, Front Office or Banqueting and Events) of minimum 3 years.

You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
You are good with Microsoft Office.
You are a sales-minded person who likes to achieve results.
You are flexible without a 9-5 mentality.
You have a good knowledge of the local market.
You have excellent organization and planning skills and can work independently as well as part of a team.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and like to think out of the box.
You own a driving license B.
