We currently have a vacancy for a Semantic Technologies Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Participate in the modelling, maintenance and update of the semantic specifications;
• Supervise the creation of the Semantic Style Guide, its exploitation and the community engagement required for the adoption, use and update of the Style Guide;
• Create blog post publications on modelling approaches and practices;
• Coordinate the development of specifications, the promotion of relevant materials, community building, as well as provide supervision and guidance on reusable pilots;
• Supervise Base Registries and Catalogue of Services;
• Participate in the organisation and implementation of webinars and workshops;
• Supervise the creation of appropriate materials for the presentation of specifications to different types of audience.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• At least 8 years of experience in Semantic methodologies, Semantic transformation, Metadata modelling, Linked data;
• At least 8 years of experience in OWL, RDF, SKOS, XML, shacl;
• Proven work experience with machine learning and AI models;
• Excellent command of the English language.
