RMA Coordinator

The Job

Our RMA Coordinator is responsible for managing reverse logistics for our customers via Return Material Authorization in an accurate and timely manner.

Your Mission

As RMA Coordinator you'll handle the day-to-day RMA Authorization processing and will be responsible for issuing RMA instructions, customer returns and communication towards customers and internal stakeholders.

You'll be in command, as part of the Operations Team, and will be reporting to the MRO Manager.

We need you if customer service is your jam and you excel at following up and carrying an open and professional communication towards your customers.

You'll work as part of a bigger crew, alongside Application and Support Group, Production, Delivery and Logistics, Quality and Engineering, as required.

Your Qualifications
You excel at teamwork and don't shy away from a challenge. You can and will meet (and exceed) internal and external goals.

We should definitely get in touch if you also hold a bachelor's degree with a focus on engineering or logistic management and your written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch are top notch.

Knowing your way around SAP and MS Office Tools (Excel, mainly) is more than a nice bonus, obviously.
