Payroll Specialist

Do you have Payroll Specialist experience, and are you seeking a new job in Belgium payroll? Skillsearch is helping a company in the financial services industry find a full-time Payroll Specialist, and the hybrid role in Brussels comes with an attractive contract rate of €725 per day.

As a Payroll Specialist (Belgium) you will support the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client(s) deadlines.

You will also work with management to provide the best service to clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise to support a selection of clients.

In your first few weeks in this Payroll Specialist role, you can expect to:

Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
Provide support and guidance for all implementations and golives
Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls
Be responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook
Ensure and sign off System Maintenance Testing
34 years of relevant experience administering payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or corporate environment
Excellent knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as thirdparty interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll
