Your responsibilities
The Front Desk Officer is responsible for the management of the customer experience in our Hotel located in Rochefort.

He/She is passionate about hospitality services with many years of experience. He/she is by nature enthusiastic and is naturally creating and developing a friendly, relaxed and caring atmosphere.


He/she has all the necessary experience to ensure, with the necessary team, the reception/catering/customer care/corporate event/day/evening activities and to offer an excellent consumer experience.


He/She will be able to manage the entire B2B and B2C demands from the first offer to the reception of the customer until his departure.


He/She will work in close collaboration with the Tero teams by being a source of proposals and action to define and develop the various packages in order to meet the various specific needs of the business and the customers.

He/She support the site, i.e. the multi-purpose reception/bar/room/cleaning teams/ maintenance of the site and supports the local team.


He/She ensures sufficient communication with his teams, with customers as well as a presence in the field in order to better understand the business, the needs of our customers and our possibilities in order to respond to them.


Competencies

  • Mastery of Horeca operations and especially in Hotel Management (label, reception, service, wines, etc.)
  • Teamplayer & good internal communication
  • Responsible, concerned, structured and dynamic
  • Physiognomist, good ability to recognize customers and create relationships
  • Smiling
  • Flexible
  • French and good level of English and Dutch
