Medior Requirements Analyst
- Join our dynamic team at the SDCoE (Software Delivery Center of Excellence) in the Foundation & Transversal Services department. We are a group of dedicated professionals with a mission to streamline the Software Development Lifecycle and promote a standard way of working with regard to Software Development.
- To qualify for this role, you must possess a minimum (Professional) Bachelor in Applied Computer Sciences or equivalent through experience, with at least 10 years of experience in IT, of which the last 5 years in Software Development Lifecycle Management and a Solution Delivery environment. You should have proven experience as a functional or business analyst in large enterprises, with advanced skills in Atlassian tooling (Confluence and Jira).
- We are seeking an individual who is handson and pragmatic, able to negotiate and compromise, and can carry out assignments independently while remaining outcomefocused. Additionally, you must be a team player and able to coach junior colleagues, with excellent communication skills both orally and in writing, with IT and business stakeholders.

- To strengthen our team we are looking for an enthusiastic requirements analyst that wants to share his/her knowledge and the team's best practices with delivery teams and people. A sound proven track record in requirements analysis within large enterprises, good communications skills and a doer mentality is required.
Professional Qualifications
- Required
- Minimum (Professional) Bachelor in Applied Computer Sciences or equivalent through
- At least 10 years of experience in IT of which the last 5 years in:
- i. Software Development Lifecycle Management
- Proven Experience:
- Languages
- Ability to understand business goals and needs and map to IT components
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced skills in Atlassian tooling (Confluence and Jira).

- Background or experience in with organizational transformation
- Experience in test coordination or management
